Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assess their rental needs
• Promote rental services to exceed sales targets
• Guide customers through the rental process and agreements
• Inspect returned vehicles to ensure readiness
• Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in customer service
• Valid “G” Class Driver’s License with clean record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in computer tasks and typing
• Team-oriented mindset with a sales focus
