Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store operations when acting as manager on duty
• Foster customer-focused selling and team engagement
• Execute opening/closing routines and bank deposits
• Assist in visual presentation and marketing execution
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong retail sales and operational experience
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues
