• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to CERs

• Champion omni-sales initiatives and customer technology use

• Ensure excellent execution of experiential marketing events

• Manage inventory processes and facilitate returns

• Open and close the store responsibly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or merchandising

• Proven experience in leading team dynamics

• Ability to prioritize effectively is essential

• Familiarity with safety standards is necessary

• Required bilingualism for applicable positions in Québec
