Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order fulfillment and client service interactions
• Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting
• Perform daily operational tasks like shipping and repairs
• Use deep product knowledge to enhance client connections
• Implement service standards to improve client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work various retail hours as needed
• Organized and detail-focused mindset
• A valid college/university degree
