As a Merchandiser, you'll be crucial in organizing backroom products and ensuring effective inventory management using various systems. Your expertise in product placement and consumer-focused displays will enhance customer satisfaction. Tasks include merchandise receiving, maintaining store standards, and assisting customers proactively in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize backroom inventory per Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes

• Use PDT and MMS Systems for daily tasks efficiently

• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Returns as needed

• Ensure product displays are engaging and accessible

• Maintain a clean and organized backroom for workflows

Requirements:

• Strong decision-making and planning skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and efficiency

• Some experience with computers and cash registers

• Detail-oriented with independence in work

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
