In the role of Part Time Team Lead at Clarks, you will support the Store Manager by leading your team during busy shifts. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets, organizing store merchandise, and assisting with employee training. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of leadership
• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance
• Organize store layout and manage back stock
• Ensure all shipments are received accurately
• Provide top-notch customer service and upselling
Requirements:
• Retail or team lead experience preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and improve team sales
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Comfortable standing for long periods
