Visual Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Visual Coordinator at EQ3
Elevate the visual appeal of EQ3's Hanna Store in Toronto as a Full-Time Visual Coordinator. Collaborate with the Store Manager to design inspiring floor plans that drive sales.

As a key member of the retail team at EQ3, you will leverage your design expertise and retail management experience to create visually stunning displays. With at least two years of Retail Management under your belt, you will interpret company direction to execute seasonal floor plans that captivate customers.

Your role includes maintaining store operations, coordinating promotional signage, and supporting store openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually impactful seasonal floor plans

• Review and manage incoming product model orders

• Communicate store updates via RIR and Share Point

• Partner with management to adjust layouts based on data

• Execute promotional signage and markdown communications

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of Retail Management experience

• Degree or certificate in a design-related field

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and InDesign is a plus

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
