Position: Michaels Early Shift Replenishment Associate
Join the Michaels replenishment team in Toronto for an early morning start s role involves offloading products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a replenishment associate, your primary duties include processing freight and ensuring shelves are stocked according to planograms. You will help customers navigate our store while promoting beneficial programs like Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards. Participating in the ongoing recovery and maintenance of product displays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle offloading of trucks and inventory processing

• Execute stocking and merchandise recovery duties

• Assist shoppers in locating items and solutions

• Promote the Rewards program during customer interactions

• Support Omni channel fulfillment processes

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to lift boxes and handle physical tasks

• Stand for extended periods while working

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
