Position: Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co.
Elevate client service at Tiffany & Co. as an Operations Professional in Yorkdale. Focus on inventory management, order fulfillment, and enhancing the in-store experience through impeccable operational excellence.

In this role, the Operations Professional collaborates closely with Client Advisors and management to drive sales and ensure merchandise accuracy. You will handle vital tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishing stock, while also engaging in customer support via phone and email. Your goal is to enhance the overall client experience by maintaining operational processes and responding to feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving duties

• Clean jewelry and manage item repairs efficiently

• Monitor and reconcile inventory accurately

• Partner with Client Advisors to support client interactions

• Maintain store amenities and optimize operational processes

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Flexibility for retail hours, including weekends

• Ability to connect and communicate with clients

• Preferred: college or university degree
