This role focuses on ensuring a welcoming environment while conducting essential overnight operations. You’ll engage with customers, facilitate inventory processes, and create visually appealing displays that draw shoppers in. Your passion for books and creativity will empower meaningful customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations during the overnight shift from 1am to 9am

• Perform inventory counts and product returns efficiently

• Implement merchandising standards for attractive product displays

• Connect emotionally with customers to enhance their experience

• Prioritize health and safety in all operations

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred but not essential

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights

• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds

• Bilingualism advantageous for positions in Québec
