Responsibilities
- Cut, debone, trim, and portion meat, poultry, and lamb according to halal and company quality standards.
- Use knives, saws, grinders, and other tools to process and prepare meat safely and efficiently.
- Clean, weigh, package, and label meat for retail sale, ensuring freshness and accurate presentation.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, complying with HACCP and CFIA food‑safety regulations.
- Inspect and store incoming meat products; monitor and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Prepare and season traditional Turkish and Middle Eastern meat products such as sausage Soujok, pastirma, and kofta.
