In this role, you will collaborate with store operations and sales teams, ensuring compliance with company procedures across all inventory aspects. Essential duties include overseeing shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with merchandise repairs and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Moncler service standards consistently

• Oversee shipping and receiving processes

• Provide customer support regarding repairs and returns

• Maintain inventory accuracy and UPT updates

• Ensure compliance with operational policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience

• Experience in luxury retail is a plus

• Successful track record in inventory management

• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• College degree preferred
