As an Operations Associate reporting to the Store Manager, you will be pivotal in boosting sales through effective inventory management and customer engagement. Your daily tasks include supporting shipment processing, replenishing sales floor stock, and ensuring operational excellence. Your hands-on approach will foster customer satisfaction while upholding the brand’s visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized stockroom for efficient operations

• Manage inventory through shipment processing

• Replenish sales floor to optimize customer experience

• Assist with eCommerce order fulfillment and markdowns

• Uphold visual merchandising standards in-store

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 6 months of retail stockroom experience preferred

• Strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail

• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends

• Familiarity with social media and mobile devices an asset
