Shape the shopping experience as a Retail Supervisor at Eaton Centre, ON. Engage customers with creative visual merchandising in this full-time position.
As a Supervisor, your role will focus on creating inspiring displays that attract customer interest and drive purchases. With a keen eye for detail and creativity, you will ensure that merchandise is presented beautifully and aligns with company standards. You will also engage with the Town Merchandiser and provide valuable feedback on visual strategies and merchandising effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute captivating window and in-store displays
• Rotate displays based on seasons and retail events
• Analyze product placement using Oracle insights
• Collaborate with the Merchandiser on store visuals
• Coach and develop associates in merchandising techniques
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year in visual merchandising roles
• Creative and imaginative mindset essential
• Strong attention to detail required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ensure hygiene and upkeep of store sections
