FIKA is hiring a Sales and Delivery Associate responsible for enhancing guest interactions and executing timely deliveries. You'll engage customers, promote products, and maintain store organization while being an ambassador of our brand. Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and possess a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide informed product assistance

• Recommend products and understand promotions effectively

• Process transactions accurately and manage inventory

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the store

• Carry out safe deliveries while following scheduled routes

Requirements:

• Valid Full 'G' Driver's License or equivalent

• Clean Driver’s Abstract and pass a Criminal Background Check

• Insured vehicle required for deliveries

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Minimum 6 months of delivery or logistics experience
