Fill Crew​/Warehouse Associate; PT – Warden & Eglinton

Job Summary:

The Fill Crew Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are transported from the warehouse to the sales floor efficiently. The role involves constant handling of merchandise varying in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

• Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, identify and report low stock levels.
• Complete necessary paperwork daily.
• Execute retail tasks efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, facing, cleaning).
• Place product and overstock in appropriate locations.
• Report stolen and damaged goods to management.
• Assist in pricing and verifying price labels as needed.
• Assist in organizing warehouse as needed.
• Dispose of garbage and cardboard.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers friendly.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to handle physical demands: standing/walking for 8 hours, lifting, carrying, using ladder, twisting, turning, reaching.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Result‑oriented.
• Problem‑solving and adapting to challenges, making decisions.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) certification is an asset.
