Inventory Specialist

Join the Allocation Planning team in Toronto, ON as an Inventory Specialist. This role emphasizes data analysis and inventory management within a collaborative environment.

We are looking for a proactive Inventory Specialist with 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or data analysis. You will process large data sets, ensure data integrity, and leverage retail math to drive decision-making. Your comfort with Excel and troubleshooting skills will be critical in enhancing our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload POs to DC and ensure visibility

• Troubleshoot and maintain systems like SAP and Retail Pro

• Support day-to-day Allocation Team operations

• Align PO quantities in Retail Pro with SAP daily

• Analyze business performance for stock replenishment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, or Economics

• Over 2 years’ experience or equivalent education

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication via Slack, Email, and Zoom

• Knowledge of retail metrics like sell-through and turn
