With at least one year of relevant experience, you’ll oversee product quality, manage cash handling, and support team training. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of quality cookies to customers

• Support and mentor Cookie Crew team members

• Monitor production efficiency throughout your shift

• Organize tasks for baking, cashiering, and cleaning

• Maintain a safe environment adhering to food handling standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in customer service

• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Friendly and detail-focused

• Must be able to lift up to 18kg
