About the Role

DECIEM is seeking a flexible, customer‑service‑oriented Sales Assistant (Store Associate) for the "extra

Ordinary" team at the Square One location. The position is part‑time, 18 hours a week over three days.

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products using product knowledge gained during brand training.
• Maintain quality, customer service, and health & safety standards.
• Educate customers about DECIEM brands, skin‑care products, and the broader beauty experience.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and product refunds in a constructive manner.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, organisation, and merchandising standards.
• Build professional relationships with department managers and clients.

• Comfortable engaging customers and providing product consultations.
• Ability to multi‑task while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Desire to promote brand awareness.
