Junior Wholesale Assistant at Carhartt WIP

Become a vital part of Carhartt WIP North America as a Junior Wholesale Assistant in Toronto. This hybrid role offers hands-on support, coordinating operations and brand marketing is central to your success.

You will report directly to the Country Manager - Canada, providing essential assistance to both the Wholesale and Marketing teams. Expect to manage showroom activities, sample handling, and maintain brand integrity across all customer interactions. A passion for organization and detail is crucial for this highly dynamic position within a respected brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising seasonal collections in the showroom

• Support showroom operations and sample presentation standards

• Communicate with third-party logistics about outgoing shipments

• Track pick ticket status within the Warehouse Management System

• Maintain relationships with over 15 wholesale accounts

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach

• Experience in apparel showroom or wholesale environments

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting

• Retail experience will be advantageous
