GARAGE Operations Associate Role

Join GARAGE as an Operations Associate and be a vital part of our retail movement. This role focuses on inventory management and store organization to enhance customer experience.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll report to the Store Manager, ensuring a steady flow in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You'll be involved in processing shipments, managing inventory, and executing markdowns. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to maintaining the store's vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stockroom operations and keep inventory organized

• Process shipments efficiently and accurately

• Ensure the sales floor is always fresh and well-stocked

• Execute markdowns and handle E-comm orders

• Support team success through smooth store operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of retail back-of-house experience

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Customer-first mindset in all activities
