Role Description

The Training Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for leading store operations while developing and coaching team members. This role oversees daily activities such as driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. The Training Store Manager supports recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of store staff to build a strong, performance-oriented team.

This position ensures policies and procedures are followed, analyzes store performance, and implements action plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming store environment.
  • Experience in Training and coaching team members, including onboarding, performance feedback, and skills development.
  • Proven Store Management capabilities, including staff scheduling, operations oversight, and compliance with company standards.
  • Solid background in Retail Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion or footwear, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Previous supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
