Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until January 2027 , but that may change based on business needs.

• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values

Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

This is a newly created, temporary position.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.05 to $21.05 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

Compensation The starting salary for this position is $20.05 . A bonus scheme with an annual target bonus of of the base salary is in place for this position, subject to contractual terms as well as a standard benefit package.
