Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• Drive store revenue, profitability, growth, and brand awareness under the Area Manager
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly business and people results and create plans to achieve targets
• Build a culture of performance, cost awareness, and accountability
• Develop team business acumen to analyze results and implement improvement plans
• Manage store spending and minimize costs
• Mitigate risk, resolve profitability roadblocks, and protect assets from theft
• Recruit, select, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain store talent
• Build positive relationships and an engaging, inclusive work environment
• Set expectations, manage performance, and conduct regular KPI and performance assessments
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional in-store customer service and product demonstrations
• Coach staff and Assistant Store Manager on customer service and product knowledge
• Build local community relationships to increase brand awareness
• Represent Laline professionally as a brand ambassador
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and build brand loyalty through the membership program
• Identify store-level marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Ensure operational, brand, product, health and safety, maintenance, cleaning, replenishment, inventory, and cash standards are met
• Escalate operational gaps, risks, and roadblocks and partner with cross-functional teams
• Create efficient staff schedules aligned with customer expectations, sales targets, and wage budgets

• Experience in retail store leadership
• Understanding of local market and requirements relevant to new store openings
• Financial management experience driving top-line sales
• Ability to interpret reporting data
• Experience managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent
• Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Beauty retail experience is a bonus
