Regional Visual Merchandiser Position Available

Shape the visual identity of Laura Canada as a Regional Visual Merchandiser. Drive excellence in store presentations and team training across multiple locations.

You'll oversee visual merchandising for various stores, ensuring both Laura and Melanie Lyne brands resonate with their audience. Collaborating closely with the Visual Presentation Team, you'll execute store layouts, assess training opportunities, and actively participate in recruitment efforts. Engage in workshops that promote innovative merchandising techniques while staying aligned with company policies and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store visual set-ups and transitions

• Review visual merchandising during team calls

• Liaise with Regional Managers for scheduling

• Conduct training for new visual team members

• Assist in the planning of national training workshops

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the fashion industry

• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity

• Strong skills in merchandising and mannequin display

• Communication and creativity skills

• Must have a driver’s license and be willing to travel
