Retail Visual Presentation Manager Position

This vital role at the Toronto Head Office requires leadership in visual presentation across all stores. You will develop plans for seasonal launches, campaigns, and new products, while collaborating with multiple departments for successful implementation. A strong presence in-store is essential for maintaining high standards of execution and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive visual presentation strategies aligned with business goals

• Lead development of campaign VM presentations

• Create guidelines for merchandising execution and standards

• Produce visual communication updates for stores

• Manage vendor relationships for production oversight

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Visual Merchandising or related field

• Experienced in cross-functional project management

• Competent in using PowerPoint and Photoshop

• Insightful about retail trends and customer behavior

• Valid driving license and travel availability
