As the Visual Merchandising Lead for Retailors Sports Inc., you'll be pivotal in driving sales and creating an engaging shopping environment at Nike stores.
Your role involves ensuring compliance with Nike guidelines, coaching the team on visual merchandising fundamentals, and optimizing product placement based on sales performance. You'll support an inspiring shopping experience that aligns with customer needs and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales through strategic visual merchandising

• Train team on VM fundamentals and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with Nike retail standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years VM experience in sports/fashion
• Fashion school diploma or related courses
• Strong attention to detail in presentations
• Ability to translate sales data into merchandising strategies
• Open availability for flexible scheduling
