In this role with Retailors Sports Inc., the official Nike partner in Canada, you will take charge of visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with brand standards while creating an inspiring shopping atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include training the team in presentation strategies, conducting audits, and maintaining effective displays. This position is essential to driving sales and enhancing customer interactions in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging visual displays that drive sales
• Ensure compliance with Nike’s presentation standards
• Lead team training and visual merchandising efforts
• Maintain high Sales floor presentation standards
• Analyze sales data to optimize product placement
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in visual merchandising
• Diploma or experience in fashion merchandising
• Keen eye for detail and presentation
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Flexible availability required
