Position: Event Retail Associate for Fanatics
Elevate the fan experience as an Event Retail Associate at Fanatics Commerce in Toronto, ON. Support live sporting events by managing retail logistics and providing outstanding service.

In this active on-site role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of event retail operations, from merchandise setup to conducting sales transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate efficient setup and breakdown of retail spaces

• Work alongside the Retail Event Management Team

• Deliver exceptional service to fans and guests

• Accurately manage sales through the POS system

• Suggest improvements for retail operations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience in high-energy retail or event settings

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Basic math skills for transaction handling

• Capability to lift merchandise and assist with truck loading
