Position: Supervisor for Meat Department Operations
Manage operations at the meat department in a fast-paced grocery store as a Supervisor. Your leadership is key to training staff and optimizing customer service on-site.

As a Meat Department Supervisor, you will bring 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to a retail environment. This role involves supervising apprentices and sales workers, conducting performance reviews, and organizing inventory. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing customer requests and supply issues while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and organize daily activities

• Hire, train, and oversee new employees

• Prepare reports on sales volume and inventory

• Resolve issues regarding customer complaints

• Monitor safety conditions and implement safety practices

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in retail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle heavy loads as needed

• Familiarity with Halal specialty is beneficial
