Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize company tools to maximize sales objectives
• Identify performance gaps and capitalize on strengths
• Create a supportive coaching environment for associates
• Recruit new talent in partnership with the Store Manager
• Execute store merchandising standards and policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in retail management
• Strong knowledge of store operations
• Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills
• Background in customer service is preferred
