Head of Retail

Lead Nutra Champs’ retail and wholesale initiatives from our Toronto headquarters. This critical role focuses on account acquisition, sales forecasting, and driving profitability across Canada and the US.

At Nutra Champs, you will report directly to the COO as the Head of Retail and Wholesale. Here, your expertise in retail economics and strong negotiation skills will help us thrive in the health and wellness sector. You’ll be responsible for scaling operations, managing retailer relationships, and ensuring execution meets ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and expand retail and wholesale revenue channels

• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotions

• Monitor sell-through, inventory, and performance data

• Collaborate with marketing for in-store execution

• Report regularly on retail performance and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 7+ years in retail or wholesale sales

• Strong understanding of retail economics and data analysis

• Proven record of scaling national retail accounts

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-directed with strong Excel abilities
