Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients professionally and create welcoming experiences

• Manage waiting lists and assist with engraving services

• Keep hospitality area stocked and tidy

• Help sales staff with item packaging and POS systems

• Support inventory management and special store projects

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays

• Experience in client-focused retail or hospitality
