In this key role within the Flight Operations team, you are responsible for ensuring flight crews are scheduled according to Transport Canada regulations, maintaining operational efficiency. Reporting to the Crew Scheduling Manager, your ability to adapt to real-time changes will keep our services running smoothly, fostering an enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust crew schedules for compliance and efficiency
• Monitor flight crew duty hours effectively
• Collaborate with Systems Operations Control during IROPS
• Manage crew travel logistics and accommodations
• Maintain accurate logs of absences and delays
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a high-stress environment
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations is important
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
• Must be on call for scheduling concerns
