You will leverage your strong retail background to deliver impactful Floorset execution, while ensuring every area of the store is well-presented and replenished. Teamwork and a guest-centric mindset are fundamental to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion effective Floorset setups and team training
• Execute merchandising tasks while maintaining brand standards
• Identify merchandising opportunities for enhancements
• Foster a culture of recognition within the team
• Maintain safety and compliance with AEO policies
Requirements:
• Retail merchandising experience and visual acuity
• Flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for AEO and Aerie brands
