Position: Experienced Customer Experience Manager Role
Lead customer services at the U of T Bookstore in Scarborough as a Customer Experience Manager. Enhance customer interactions while overseeing retail operations and team performance.

You will report to the Scarborough Store Manager and play a crucial role in supporting floor operations. Your focus will include staff onboarding, training, and delivering excellent customer service. Significant retail experience and a results-oriented approach will contribute to your success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the Floor staff and manage operations

• Maintain inventory and store appearance to high standards

• Drive execution of customer service policies

• Supervise peak period e-commerce customer care

• Build relationships with the U of T community

Requirements:

• University/college degree or comparable work experience

• At least 5 years in retail, with 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven retail management skills and knowledge

• Strong customer service and training abilities

• Energetic and able to work flexible hours
