As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead, you will oversee operations on the Santa photo set, motivate team members, and provide outstanding customer service. Your leadership will create a joyful atmosphere that leaves lasting impressions on families throughout the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform opening and closing operations at the venue
• Enforce policies set by management effectively
• Provide technical support and escalate issues
• Participate in team training and recruiting efforts
• Ensure a smooth guest service experience
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in retail or service preferred
