As a Retail Associate, your role is integral to up to 24 hours of weekly customer engagement, including weekends. You will guide customers through frame selection, perform necessary pre-screening tests, and clearly communicate products and offers. Your friendly approach will help nurture long-term relationships and elevate the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere

• Assist with frame selection tailored to customer preferences

• Conduct tests like pressure checks and visual field testing

• Process and manage orders for glasses effectively

• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments

Requirements:

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

• Committed to delivering “WOW” moments for customers

• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly and confident with product recommendations

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
