As part of our Stockyards Store team, you will play a vital role in meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed established sales targets
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations
• Support in-house training for team members
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
• Participate in product merchandising initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in retail sales preferred
• 1 to 2 years in sales or team management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma is an asset
