Yates & Co. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented individual to join its wholesale team in the Toronto showroom. Your responsibilities will include entering data, managing purchase orders, and engaging with customers effectively. You will help ensure operational success while building strong relationships with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and send purchase orders accurately
• Maintain internal databases with product and customer data
• Process refunds and exchanges with adherence to policies
• Generate weekly reports to assist sales activities
• Coordinate showroom sample shipments
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in wholesale or fashion
• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary
• Clear communication skills for client interactions
• Punctuality and reliability in responsibilities
