The Sales Lead assists store management with operations, associate development, and store and personal sales goals. This role supports Little Burgundy’s distinctive culture and service standards. You will coach employees, communicate store needs, and manage operations when store management is absent.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals
- Train and develop a successful sales team
- Provide feedback, coaching, and employee accountability
- Perform opening and closing duties according to policy
- Resolve customer issues and deliver full-service experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand
