Key Responsibilities:- Model exemplary customer service behaviours and standards
- Monitor sales performance and daily labour requirements
- Assist interviewing and hiring Retail Sales Associates
- Support employee training and performance management
- Maintain store presentation according to company standards
- One to two years retail management experience
- Two to five years overall retail experience
- Previous merchandising or visual presentation experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for chocolate
