Retail Cashier Customer Service

This Cashier role centers on positive customer engagement, efficient order processing, and a neat checkout presentation. You will ask for each customer’s PC Optimum Card and handle cash, coupons, lottery, and stamps accurately. The position also supports receipts, returns, merchandising, loss prevention, housekeeping, and store standards.

• Maintain excellent customer service and warmly greet every customer
• Request each customer’s PC Optimum Card during transactions
• Complete customer receipt and return documentation properly
• Merchandise designated areas through facing, signing, and labeling
• Follow loss prevention standards and control inventory

• Organization and neatness in checkout and store areas
• Efficiency processing customer orders with teamwork
