Lead retail operations and customer service as an Assistant Front Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, supporting store standards and staff.
This locally owned store role assists the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You will improve product flow from the backroom to the sales floor while helping achieve store objectives. Previous retail management experience is required.

- Superior coaching and communication skills
- Business and financial acumen
