You’llmanageday-to-dayoperationsacrossexistingaccountswhilecontinuouslygrowingthenetworkthrough
recruitment,negotiation,andstrategicrelationship-building
.Therolerequiresstronganalyticalskills,excellent communication,andaproactive,performance-drivenmindset.

- Manageday-to-dayrelationshipswithactivepublishersandtrafficpartnersacrossthebusinessportfolio
- Supportonboardingofnewpublishers,including
IOandcontractsprocess,compliance requirements,andcampaignsetup - Monitorperformancemetricsincludingvolume,conversionrates,andcustomerquality
- Maintainconsistentcommunicationtotroubleshootissuesandsupportcampaignoptimization
- Launchandscalecampaignsacrossinsurance,homeservices,andrelatedlead-gen verticals
- Helpalignpublishertrafficwithadvertiserrequirementsandbrandguidelines
- Analyzecampaignperformanceandmetricstoidentifyoptimizationopportunities
- Collaboratewithinternalteamstopromotecampaignsanddevelopnewopportunities
- Identifyandrecruitnewpublishersthroughoutreach,industry platforms,andpersonalnetworks
- Supportexpansionintonewtrafficsourcesandacquisitionchannelsforleadgenerationcampaignsandenterprisepartnerships
- Buildfoundationalrelationshipsthatcanbegrownovertimetoincreaserevenue
- Executepublisheronboarding,contract processes,andadministrativetaskswithaccuracyandorganization
- MaintainaccuraterecordsinCRMandinternalsystems
- Supporttechnicalreporting,campaign tracking,andinternaldocumentation
- Shareinsightswiththeteamonpublisherperformanceandmarkettrends
- Collaboratewithseniorteammemberstoimproveworkflowsandonboardingprocesses
Required Qualifications
- Minimum
2yearsofexperience
inaffiliatemarketing,digital media,or performance-based advertising - Minimum
2yearsofsalesorbusinessdevelopmentexperience
withdemonstratedclosingskills - Strongunderstandingof
CPA,CPL,and performance-basedacquisitionmodels - Directexperiencein
insurance
,
in-homeservices
,orotherregulatedlead-gen verticals - Experienceworkingwith
enterpriseor large-scale advertisers - Experience with
search,native,orsocialtrafficsources - Strong negotiation,communication,andanalyticalskills
- Strongcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten
- Highlyorganizedwithstrongfollow-updisciplineandattentiontodetail
- ExperiencedwithCRMtoolsandonlinecommunicationplatforms
