Head of Sales (Wealth Platforms – Canada & U.S.)
We’re looking for a  Head of Sales  who knows how to close. Someone who’s built and run a real pipeline — fast-moving, high-volume, and full of serious prospects — and can turn qualified leads into signed, multi-advisor deals.

At  Super Advisor , we’re building the operating system for wealth management — an AI-powered platform that unifies CRM, workflows, financial planning, portfolio management, and compliance. Your job is simple:  convert qualified opportunities into wins  across Canada and the U.S.

In the U.S., that means bringing small to mid-sized RIAs onto our platform. In Canada, it means selling advisors and teams to join our Portfolio Manager platform. The team will support you with inbound and outbound pipeline generation — you’ll own everything from qualification to closing.

What You'll Do

Take qualified leads across the finish line  — from first meeting to signed agreement.

Manage a  high-volume, metrics-driven pipeline  with consistent weekly movement and visibility.

Deliver compelling demos and ROI-driven proposals to firm owners and senior decision-makers.

Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to sharpen positioning and deal structure.

Build strong relationships in the independent advisor ecosystem — PM firms, CIRO dealers, and multi-advisor networks.

Drive  predictable revenue growth  across both Canadian PM and U.S. RIA channels.

What You Bring

5+ years of  sales experience in wealth management or financial technology , selling to RIAs, Portfolio Manager firms, CIRO dealers, or multi-advisor groups.

Proven track record of  closing 6 to 7-figure SaaS or platform deals  in financial services.

You’ve owned a number — and consistently beat it.

You understand advisor independence, compliance structures, and transitions.

You’re confident in the room, quick to adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Location

Toronto is ideal , but not required.

Candidates must be based in  North America  (U.S. or Canada) with the ability to travel for key meetings and conferences.

Consistent, high-volume pipeline with  clear metrics and strong close rates .

Expansion of Super Advisor’s footprint across both  Canadian PM  and  U.S. RIA  segments.

Reliable, growing ARR driven by enterprise and platform-level deals.

A reputation internally as the person who  gets deals done .

Compensation

Compensation includes an attractive base salary, performance-based commission, and potential for equity participation.
