Catering Sales Manager

Catering Sales Manager Our client, a city luxury hotel in Toronto requires a seasoned and experienced Catering Sales Manager. This position is a hybrid position and would require the candidate to have exceptional experience in catering / event sales. He/she will proactively solicit all sales opportunities especially in the Corporate, Organizations, Associations, Affiliations, Weddings segments.

The Catering Sales Manager reports to DOS of the hotel and has no direct reports. The candidate of choice is someone who has a two or three year degree in an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing or Hotel and Restaurant Management and a minimum of three years experience in Sales and Marketing or related professional area.

Responsibilities:

Building successful relationships that generate event sales

Managing all sales related activities

Utilizing knowledge of market trends, client information and identify new business

Maximize revenue with knowledge of competitor strengths and understands overall market trends

Provide excepltional customer service driving customer loyalty Salary:
