Responsibilities- Develop and manage customer accounts, promoting and demonstrating products to new and existing clients.
- Identify sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and contribute to accurate sales forecasting.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports while representing the company at industry events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical and design aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with solid time-management and project-management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to travel up to 75% while supporting team and company goals.
