Mulesoft Canada is hiring for both our Enterprise / General Commercial Account Executive segment

Our Mule Soft Enterprise segment focuses on working with our most strategic customers and organizations of + employees. Our Mule Soft Commercial segment focuses on working with customers and organizations with 200-4500 employees. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities

APIs are changing the world and how companies do business. As a Mule Soft Account Executive, you will partner with companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies, utilizing our API Connectivity via the Mule Soft AnyPoint Platform. In this role you will be working directly with C-level executives and partnering with an account team to drive customer business objectives and outcomes.

Day to Day

Our Mule Soft Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with both key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share both Mule Soft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Enterprise: 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
  • Commercial:
    Average of 5+ years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in selling technical platforms preferred
  • Integration / API Market Awareness
  • Management of large key account(s)
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 87,450 to CAD 137,450 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
