Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing) + Signing Bonus - Toronto
OSL Retail Services  is seeking an Account Consultant to join our winning sales team in Toronto. OSL offers an uncapped commission structure and a signing bonus after two months.

Responsibilities

Use a variety of marketing strategies—including kiosk events, presentations and face‑to‑face canvassing—to drive the sale of Bell’s full suite of residential products (Bell Fibe TV, Internet, Home phone, Bell Smart Home, and Bell Mobility) to residents in apartment and condominium buildings.

Build and maintain positive relationships with building stakeholders (superintendents, property managers, resident managers, etc.) to ensure Bell services are presented to prospective residents.

Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.

Use the Salesforce CRM system for territory and funnel management.

Qualifications

A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

An outgoing people person, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent time‑management and the ability to evaluate priorities and accomplish goals.

Motivated by rewards—unlimited earning potential in an uncapped commission environment.

Team player with sales, customer service and/or marketing experience (an asset).

Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel frequently across the region as required.

Flexible full‑time schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.
